Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “Verdant & Co”, “company”, “store” and “our” refer to Verdant & Co. We are a cleaning supplies company providing cleaning products to Australia and offer consultation. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Eligibility to PurchaseThe purchase of the product through Verdant & Co is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. To make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your details and payment details that you represent, and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.
Verdant & Co reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
OrdersAll orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have placed your order on the Site, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order unless you cancel your order. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of our withdrawing any product from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Pricing PolicyPrices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars or any other currency shown by the payment gateway and are exclusive of taxes and shipping fee. Sales tax will only be charged on orders where applicable. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped to other locations in Australia.
Limited License and Site Access; Acceptable UseWe grant you a limited license to use the Site for personal non-commercial use only. The laws of Australia will govern the Terms and Conditions, as well as any claim that may arise between you and Verdant & Co, without regard to conflict of law principles.
