Delivery Policy – Verdant & Co 2023
Verdant & Co delivers nation-wide across Australia. Verdant & Co delivers directly through its preferred courier service / shipping partner.
Deliveries will arrive within 3-5 working days from the date of your order (not including public holidays or weekends) within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area. Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender; in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. We will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.
All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologise if your items are unavailable and will contact you to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock has been delivered to Verdant & Co.
DELIVERY FEE
The delivery fee for any order is paid by the Buyer. National/ state-wide delivery services are available and delivery fee may vary for each destination.
TAXES/CUSTOMS
International deliveries outside Australia may be subject to applicable taxes and duties which are to be paid by the Buyer.
